feat!: regenerate patternfly icon set from PatternFly v6 sources

What I did

Implements #29. Regenerates the patternfly icon set from PatternFly v6 sources and releases it as v2.0.0.

• Imports pfIcons from @patternfly/patternfly/icons/pficons.mjs (v6), replacing the removed v4-era pf-icons.json, and bumps the devDependency to ^6.6.1
• Adds the new v6 icons: multicluster, treeview, the six severity-* icons, and pen-to-square
• Renames the custom icon modules from camelCase to kebab-case, matching @patternfly/react-icons: ansibeTower to ansibe-tower, chartSpike to chart-spike, cloudCircle to cloud-circle, cloudServer to cloud-server, paperPlaneAlt to paper-plane-alt, svgPathDataMissing to path-missing
• Keeps the 12-entry legacy -alt rename map and the history deletion, matching react-icons exactly
• Switches the JSON import syntax from assert to with for Node 22 compatibility
• Adds a changeset with a major bump

The fas, far, and fab sets regenerate unchanged (1001, 151, and 456 modules, identical to 1.0.3).

The build produces 143 modules in the patternfly set: 135 pficons (136 in v6 minus history) plus 10 custom icons, with openshift and openstack defined in both sources (the custom definitions win, as in react-icons). The issue estimated 145 before accounting for that overlap.

Testing Instructions

1. npm ci && npm run build
2. Verify the patternfly set contains 143 modules, including multicluster, treeview, severity-critical through severity-undefined, and pen-to-square
3. Spot-check generated SVGs: license comment (Red Hat, Inc. MIT for the patternfly set, fontawesome. CC-BY-4.0 for FA sets) and viewBox
4. Confirm history and the camelCase module names are absent

Notes to Reviewers

• Consumers importing @patternfly/icons/patternfly/<name>.js by the old camelCase names break, hence the major bump; fas, far, and fab consumers are unaffected
• feat(icon)!: port to <pf-v6-icon> patternfly-elements#3164 (the pf-v6-icon port) uses the default fas set today and will bump to ^2 when this ships
