Adds the PatternFly 6.7 Release Highlights above 6.6 in the existing cumulative highlights page for team review. Covers the 14 supplied release-candidate packages, summarizes user-facing changes, and includes the approved “Behind Project Felt” article reference. Previous release entries are unchanged.
