Rewrites the site so it describes what Pilot actually offers: Pilot Protocol (the open-source daemon and the public backbone), the data service agents, the App Store, and Pilot Cloud. Nothing else is presented as a Pilot product or service.

Includes #288 (cloud-landing) and #301 (Pilot Cloud section on the homepage).

Header, footer and home

  • Navigation: Protocol, Service agents, App Store, Pilot Cloud, Docs, Blog, GitHub, Install. The Contact sales, Plans, managed-network and enterprise entries are gone.
  • The home page is rebuilt around the four offerings, with output captured from pilotctl 1.18.0.
  • Live counters now say what they count: registered addresses (all time), daemons seen in the last 30 minutes, and registry requests per second. If the stats API is down they show a dash instead of a made-up number.

New pages

  • /service-agents/.
  • /self-hosting/, about running your own registry.
  • /security/, which replaces /trust/ and /governance/.
  • /docs/pilot-mcp/. /docs/mcp/ now documents Pilot Cloud.

Removed, each with a 301

  • /plans.
  • The solution pages and their lead-form backend.
  • The setup blueprints under /for/setups.
  • /for/networks.
  • The readiness report and use-case PDFs.
  • Six blog posts, plus one renamed post. The HIPAA post moves to /blog/agent-communication-for-healthcare-data.

Corrections across the site

  • Docs, Learn and more than 70 blog posts: commands checked against pilotctl 1.18.0. Removed the tag search, tasks, reputation, the hosted console, early access, compliance claims and unmeasured numbers.
  • Apps are credited to their publishers. "Sandbox: guarded" is gone. shell.online is credited to Vulture Labs.
  • SKILLS.md, llms.txt, agents.txt and integrations.json are rewritten.
  • The whitepaper is reissued as 2.1 from scripts/wire-spec.tex.

AGENTS.md (and CLAUDE.md, which points to it) sets out the rules for anyone writing for the site, including automated writers.

Checks: npm run build, npm run check:plain (100 pairs, 46 stamped twins in sync) and npm run check:site (336 HTML files, 24,080 internal references) all pass. Preview: https://honest-site.pilotprotocol.pages.dev

The hosted Pilot node (cloud.pilotprotocol.network) gets a page on the site:
what it is, the AI apps it works with, three steps to connect, friends and
My code, what the agent can do, the apps, privacy, self-hosting, questions.
Real demo screenshots from the apps in both themes (the Mac one from the Mac
App Store build), Pilot and Polo where they fit, copy matching the App Store
listing. Added to the Product menu, llms.txt, and a plain twin.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Halves the page height on desktop (about 9,300px to 4,700px): works-with
moves into the hero, how-it-works, friends and apps each sit in one
side-by-side row, privacy becomes a band under the features, self-hosting
sits beside the FAQ, and sections are closer together. The puppies now
peek over the top edge of a phone, the Mac window or the closing box
instead of hiding behind them.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Consumer wording throughout (Pilot, your agent; no MCP, node or tokens),
the four use cases as chat bubbles in place of the feature grid, and the
steps as the product now has them: sign in, pick your AI, paste what
Pilot shows.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The page leads with what people hand off (finding a time, making plans,
chasing an answer, handing things over), and its phones show the new app:
Connect with what to try, and the getting-started step with what you can
say.

Point the announcement bar at cloud.pilotprotocol.network instead of
shell.online, with the line "Try Pilot Cloud, add Pilot to any Agent or
Chatbot" and the ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Grok Bot and Muse marks.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A new card between the "Backed by" strip and the App Store callout
introduces Pilot Cloud (cloud.pilotprotocol.network): your agent working
with your friends' agents, a "Mobile app coming soon" tag, CTAs to the
app and the MCP docs, the copyable MCP URL, and a "Works with" row (Muse,
Grok Bot, Dots, OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code) using the logos the Cloud
app shows for each.

Two CSS iPhone mockups show the app's Friends (front) and Inbox screens.
The screenshots are lossless WebP at 240/360/480/600w with srcset; email
addresses on Friends and the message previews on Inbox are blurred.

Also:
- Copy buttons now work with Reduce Motion on (their wiring ran after the
reveal script's early return), restore their own aria-label, and no
longer stick on "Copied" after a quick second click.
- Announcement bar: Grok Bot uses the Grok mark like the Cloud app (the
unused grokbot.svg is removed), the logo row is aria-hidden so the link
reads cleanly, and the compact layout starts at 660px so "Chatbot" no
  longer wraps on its own.
- The plain twin (src/pages/plain/index.astro) gets a matching "Pilot
Cloud" section and a re-stamped source hash. It was written by hand in
the generator's format, since plain-sync does not run for fork PRs.

The blog pipeline and other agents writing for the site need the same
ground truth as the rework: the four offerings, what isn't offered, and
the commands people most often get wrong.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- legacy-protocol-integration: drop the retired web console, list the real
SDKs, stop presenting a dev.to post as an outside quote, drop
  unbacked "real deployments" claims
- multi-cloud-networking: Pilot is free and open source, not
"usage-based"; drop unverified third-party prices; fix the
service-agents link; HTTP/gRPC over Pilot streams needs small changes
- network-security: AEGIS is an App Store app; Pilot covers the network
layer, not audit or runtime inspection
- network-tunnels: Pilot does not inspect MCP/JSON-RPC payloads; real
  SDK list
- persistent-address-strategies: no web console; say how Pilot does
addressing (registry + Ed25519 key) instead of claiming it covers
  audit logging and DHT reliability
- persistent-addresses-distributed: replace the link to the removed
  enterprise-identity post with what a self-run registry does (OIDC/JWT)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- a2a-agent-cards: no tag/capability search (find by hostname), Info() returns a map,
real connect usage, static binaries + registry instead of single binary
- aegis: live app uses aegis.exec scan-pipe (exit 0/2), grants are not an OS sandbox,
scope the offline claim to AEGIS
- ai-agent-app-store, build-agent-app: drop adoption claims and stateless/ambient-authority
  claims
- security, discovery, network-examples, best-practices, challenges, autonomous: say what
Pilot does and does not provide; no DHT, no 'no central servers'

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Static binaries with no runtime dependencies (daemon, pilotctl, updater are
separate); no install --force; --wait prints the reply inline instead of
reading inbox files; --no-encrypt exists; drop the unsourced NAT figure,
the consent-record line and the HIPAA link; no tag search; apps are made
by their publishers.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The header is now Protocol (menu), Service agents, App Store, Pilot Cloud,
Docs, Blog and GitHub, with Install as the primary action. Gone: Contact
sales, Plans/"Commercial", "Managed networks", "Enterprise controls", the
readiness report and use-case brochure links, and "Talk to the team ·
Enterprise". The mobile menu keeps working with the plain links.

The footer drops Contact sales, the Enterprise column, Plans, both PDFs, the
solutions directory and the hard-coded "backbone · up" line; it gains
Protocol, Services, Resources and Company columns with /self-hosting,
/security and /service-agents.

seo.mjs: home and contact titles lose "Network OS" and "Sales", Pilot Cloud
gets a 55-character title, and the plans, for/networks and for/setups
entries go. 404 links the App Store instead of Plans. The brand page's
sample callout no longer advertises Early Access.

…rations.json

SKILLS.md is now a manual for pilotctl v1.18.0, checked against
`pilotctl --help`, `pilotctl context` and the v1.18.0 source. It drops
the removed task system (task submit, enable-tasks, polo score, port
1003, heartbeat task steps), early-access and managed-deployment
wording, tag-based peer search, the unverified ClawHub install and the
"Growing the Network" recruiting section. It adds the data service
agents (pilot-mom plans, list-agents search, /help, /data and /summary
with --wait, the reply envelope, no inbox-file fallback), the App Store
(catalogue, view, install, <app>.help, call, upgrade, --reset-state,
metered budget, telemetry opt-out), Pilot Cloud, networks and the
extras admin commands, and says the gateway binary is not in the
default install.

llms.txt describes the four offerings and today's commands, relabels
the live counters, and drops the enterprise section, readiness report,
plans, skills/setups/networks counts, "24 tools", benchmark and
whitepaper claims, and the broken AGENTS.md and WHITEPAPER.pdf links.

integrations.json drops the "24 tools" count, adds Apple sign-in and
the pilot.read scope. agents.txt lists the service agents, App Store
and Pilot Cloud.

These sections sold services that don't exist:
- /plans (Private Network and Enterprise tiers, early access, SLA) -> /
- /solutions/* (12 lead-form pages, their components, data, styles and the
functions/forms/solution-lead.ts backend) -> the page that covers each
  one: /docs/concepts, /docs/integration, /docs/app-store, /app-store,
  /apps/io.pilot.cosift, /apps/io.pilot.wallet, /publish, /service-agents
- /for/setups and its 56 fleets, built on skills that don't exist
  -> /docs/getting-started
- /for/networks ("we spin up the network") -> /self-hosting
- enterprise-readiness-report.pdf, pilot-native-use-cases.pdf and their
  generators -> /security
Plain twins go too, with 301s to their plain or styled successors. The
/networks and /docs/polo rules that pointed at /for/networks are
retargeted. The sitemap drops the solution and setup routes and gives the
offerings (service agents, App Store, Pilot Cloud) top priority;
check-plain-coverage no longer expects a plans twin.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The footer read public/.well-known/latest.json, which still said v1.13.9.
On pilotprotocol.network that path is rendered per request by the
pilot-release Worker (it owns /.well-known/*), so the Pages copy never
serves there. The version is now read at build time from the live
manifest, with the checked-in file as the fallback for offline builds and
preview deploys; that file is refreshed to the real v1.18.0 manifest
(checksums match the GitHub release's checksums.txt).

Muse guide: keep only what Meta documents about Muse (dedicated VM,
Sentinel-approved egress, built-in skills) and describe the installer's
target VM as a condition, not as a claim about Muse. Egress-proxy guide:
native proxy support (-proxy, -proxy-cmd, --transport auto) since v1.13.11
comes first; the SNI-router recipe is marked as for older versions;
trusted list does not touch the network. Grounding: the Cosift app calls
cosift.pilotprotocol.network. Multicloud: no Lambda, the registry is
central, static binaries.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
grpc: compat mode uses TCP 443; gRPC over Pilot via the Go SDK's net.Conn
and net.Listener instead of an unsourced 'several teams' line. nats: drop
the link to a post being removed. mcp-tunnels: no Lambda or capability
search; pub/sub topics live on a node. tokens: the daemon (not pilotctl
init) makes the key; service agents still handshake, automatically; drop
the unsourced survey and 'zero blast radius'. x25519: identity is
Ed25519, not the X25519 key. webhooks: no tag lookup. learnGuides: new
Muse and egress-proxy summaries.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- /docs/mcp is now titled "Pilot Cloud" (URL kept). Tool table rebuilt
from hosted node/tools.go (about fifty tools, eight groups), sign-in by
email code, Apple, Google or GitHub, free with capacity-capped sign-ups,
file tools listed, security statements cut to what the hosted code shows,
support link instead of the sales form.
- New /docs/pilot-mcp (+ plain twin) for the local MCP server:
npm pilotprotocol-mcp 0.4.0, setup, hand configs, its 21 tools.
- docsNav: "Pilot Cloud" and "pilot-mcp (local)" entries; the "Enterprise"
section becomes "Self-hosted registry"; "Audit & Compliance" becomes
  "Audit Log & Export".
- Docs index: Pilot Cloud card without the stale "24 tools", pilot-mcp
and self-hosting cards; twin no longer lists retired-platform pages.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- /docs/enterprise becomes "Self-hosting the registry" (URL kept): every
operation needs the registry admin token, which on the public backbone
only the operators hold; shows how to run rendezvous and point daemons
at it. "Early access", "assisted deployments" and "contact the team"
removed from all six enterprise pages.
- Identity: native support is OIDC/JWT (RS256/HS256 against a JWKS URL,
not the discovery document) and the verification webhook; SAML, Entra
ID and LDAP only through a bridge you run. Webhook section rewritten to
match set_identity_webhook (it verifies registration tokens; it does not
  push events).
- Audit retitled "Audit Log & Export"; blueprints say "your registry".
- Admin commands shown under `pilotctl extras`, with the token they need.
- /docs/networks: no early access, onboarding or Plans; network create
needs the admin token; invite flow corrected (enterprise + invite join
rule, owner/admin inviter, target accepts); admin join keeps join rules.
- /docs/security: service agents are ordinary backbone nodes with
auto-approve, not an isolated network; "Since v1.13.9"; no readiness
report or early-access pitch; stdlib-crypto wording made exact.
- /docs/research: drop the "Next: Plans" link and the managed-network
phrase on the whitepaper card. Paper claims and dates unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- build-multi-agent-network: v1.18.0, one daemon start, real output of daemon start,
find, handshake, pending, approve, send-message and inbox; pub/sub targets a peer's
  broker; no reputation link text
- build-openclaw-agent: say the code is a plain Python agent; no tag search or recv
misuse; inbox polling + send-message; no reputation or study clusters
- chain-ai-models: 25 s tunnel keepalive, hostnames instead of network-1 addresses,
no tag search, benchmark numbers removed, no 'network join 1' step
- clawhub: max 3 tags, registry assigns addresses, no NAT-type detection, no public
agent listing or tag search, list-agents is the service-agent catalogue, no
  unmeasured timings or task step

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- `--wait` returns the reply inline (under data.reply with --json); all
"read the newest inbox file" steps removed, late replies via
  `pilotctl inbox --from ... --since ... --latest`.
- `pilotctl daemon start` documents --transport udp|compat|auto, --proxy
and --proxy-cmd; "no rate limits" removed.
- network create/delete/rename need the registry admin token; invite flow
corrected; admin commands under `pilotctl extras`; "Enterprise Admin"
becomes "Registry admin (self-hosted)"; no peer scoring (prune ranks by
age or activity); appstore --force keeps state, --reset-state wipes,
  upgrades via `appstore upgrade`.
- Service agents: about 430 typed data agents, list-agents and pilot-mom,
real agent names and filters, reply envelope; old example agents and
  "reach out for access" removed.
- Webhooks: policy.prune_trust prunes by approval age or at random, not
  by score.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- App Store: publishing is a PR to pilot-protocol/app-template, then CI
and review; upgrades with `appstore upgrade`; new "Metered apps"
  section (USD 5 per metered app per user, <app>.balance, 402 when spent);
apps credited to their publishers; no OS-sandbox claim; corpus-size
  claim removed.
- node-sdk: npm pilotprotocol 1.18.0.
- tags: `extras set-tags` / `clear-tags`, `extras member-tags get --net
  <id> [--node <id>]`; no tag-based peer search.
- firewalls/configuration: transport and proxy are settable from
pilotctl (--transport, --proxy, --proxy-cmd, env, config.json); HTTPS
proxies since v1.13.11; "registry admin token" wording; setup-manifest
section removed (the daemon never reads ~/.pilot/setups).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- distributed-rag: no tag search (hostnames + lookup, max 3 tags), real
  send-message --wait / inbox / --reply-to flow, drop unmeasured
footprint and latency numbers, no compliance claim
- federated-learning: hostnames + find instead of tag search, no
network join 1, real send-file behaviour (streamed, resumable, 2 GiB
receive cap) instead of "no size limit", drop the unbacked benchmark
and RSS figures, real dataexchange Go API
- lightweight-swarm: exact topics on a hub broker with the real
eventstream API, no tag search, no network join 1, no RSS figures or
"guarantees connectivity", install.sh instead of go install, static
  binaries
- emergent-trust: drop tag search and task lines (study figures left for
  the owner)
- how-626: correct skill slug and SKILL.md, pilotctl daemon start,
handshake, no member-tags discovery (adoption claims left for the owner)
- openclaw-agents-behind-nat: real daemon status / peers / send-message
commands, no IPv6 anecdote, no "every NAT type"

The home page now runs: what Pilot is (one sentence, the install command,
a link to Pilot Cloud), a diagram of how the parts fit together, one section
each for Pilot Protocol, the data service agents (with pilot-mom), the App
Store and Pilot Cloud, the live numbers with exact labels and definitions,
open source and self-hosting, and a short security section.

- Terminals show real output recorded with pilotctl 1.18.0 (find/ping, the
list-agents directory, a data agent reply, an App Store call, a pilot-mom
plan). The pilot-mom replay ends at "plan ready", not a booked table.
- Counters: "registered addresses (all time)", "daemons seen in the last 30
minutes", "registry requests per second", plus data agents and apps.
- Removed: "Advertise to agents / pay to surface", the "Pilot Wallet" card
with the Pilot logo (now "the Wallet app (io.pilot.wallet)"), "without ever
touching the internet", "Enterprise EA" badges and "managed networks",
"Pilot Lite", the throughput chip, and the rotator crediting Pilot with app
features (now "With Pilot and the apps in its App Store").
- Kept as they were: the "Backed by" strip and the Pilot Cloud card (now
saying it is free with capped sign-ups).
- Plain twin rewritten to match.

About lists Pilot Protocol, the data service agents, the App Store and
Pilot Cloud, calls the source "Open source (AGPL-3.0)" rather than "open
core", and drops the managed-network, enterprise and early-access wording.
People and the financing sentence are unchanged. The evidence links point at
/security and /self-hosting instead of /trust and /governance.

Contact is a plain form for questions, app publishing, partnerships, press
and corrections. Topics are Question, App publishing, Partnership, Press,
Correction and Other, and the form handler accepts exactly those (including
"correction", which /news/ and the blog already link to). Old ?topic=product
links still preselect "Question".

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The newsroom's resource list no longer links the Enterprise Readiness
Report or the use-case brochure (both are being removed); it links the
security page and the source code instead. "Customers" becomes "users or
publishers". The seed-round entry is unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- claude-agent-teams: send-message --wait + inbox instead of send to port 1002 and recv,
send-file takes one file, pub/sub topics exact or '*', no 'sign up' to create a network
- connect-agents-across-aws-gcp-azure: no network join 1, valid tags, find instead of tag
search, no early access/plans FAQ, no managed network or reputation, real framing
overhead (34 + 36 bytes), no fragmentation claim, third-party prices removed
- connect-ai-agents-behind-nat: real daemon/handshake/approve output, no NAT-type output,
test-fleet numbers and NAT prevalence figures removed, 3 direct + 4 relay attempts
- connecting-mcp-servers: data exchange client instead of raw writes to port 1001, real
Python SDK call, inbox for receiving, local services need a Pilot listener

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The roadmap is now organised around the four offerings and lists only work
that shipped (v1.16 to v1.18, the data agents on v1.18, App Store process
handling, Pilot Cloud sign-in, inbox, OAuth and capacity) or is underway in
open pull requests, beta releases or Pilot Cloud (transport recovery and
throughput, registry performance, uninstall keeping app state, app updates
in review, Wallet 0.4 waiting for the catalogue, the Pilot Cloud apps and
connector directories). Every item was checked against releases, commits
or pull requests on 2026-10-23.

Removed: early access, design partners, dedicated services, the
"Exploring" horizon, and the readiness report and brochure links. Dated
October 2026. Plain twin rewritten to match.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
/service-agents is the first page outside the docs for the ~430 data
service agents: how a query works (handshake, /help, /data with --wait),
the reply envelope, the 30 categories with counts from list-agents,
list-agents filters and a real pilot-mom plan. Counts and terminal output
were captured with pilotctl 1.18.0 on 23 October 2026.

/self-hosting says how to build and run the open-source rendezvous and
beacon, and lists only controls verified in the rendezvous, beacon and
common code: private networks, roles, OIDC/JWT with JWKS, directory sync,
network policy, audit export, webhooks with a DLQ, blueprints, key
rotation and expiry, 30-day invites, hot standby, hardening flags. It
states that only the operators can create networks on the public
backbone and that nobody runs registries for customers.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
One factual page: the controls that ship (Ed25519 identity, X25519 +
AES-256-GCM tunnels, mutual trust, private by default, App Store signing
and SHA-256 pinning, operator hardening flags), what the registry,
beacon, broker, service agents and pilotctl usage events can see, the
responsibility split, current status, policies, the live counter
definitions and how to report a vulnerability. It says plainly that
Pilot has no SOC 2 report or other independent certification.

Dropped: early-access tiles and rows, managed/dedicated deployments,
"after compatibility review", the DPA card, the readiness report and the
"contact the team" CTA.

trust.astro, governance.astro and their plain twins are removed; /trust,
/governance and the /plain/ twins 301 to /security/. MAIN_PAIRS now
lists security, service-agents and self-hosting.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The product is "Pilot Cloud" throughout; "Pilot" alone stays only for the
puppy and the in-app labels ("Start Pilot", "Share to Pilot"). Adds a
line under the sign-up button and a FAQ entry: free, sign-ups capped by
capacity (hosted/control CONTROL_MAX_ACCOUNTS; the number isn't
published). Title is now 54 characters.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
"Sandbox: guarded" described OS isolation that isn't implemented
(app-store SideloadOSSandboxTODO). App pages now show the declared
permissions instead, always with a note that apps run as ordinary
processes; the generator no longer carries `protection`. The JSON-LD
offer with price 0 is gone, since some apps are metered. The store
lede now says most apps run locally and are free, some call their
publisher's service and a few are metered against a per-user budget,
and links to the data service agents. /publish no longer says CLI apps
install "guarded".

…vernance titles

Remove early-access and enterprise CTAs, "3 years in production",
unmeasured "11x" and relay-rate numbers, the retired web console,
tag/capability discovery, crypto-derived addressing, and "single
binary, zero dependencies". Drop the network-join-1 step and say who
creates networks. Point CTAs at the getting-started guide.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Replace made-up CLI output with the shapes pilotctl prints, and fix
commands against pilotctl 1.18.0 and the source: pub/sub needs a peer
and exact topics (eventstream package for Go), send-message takes
--data, handshake/approve/untrust by node ID, network policy uses
--allowed-ports, the rendezvous is built from its own repo and needs
an admin token to create networks, the gateway is an optional binary
that needs root. Remove unmeasured footprint and timing numbers,
HIPAA/GDPR mappings, "no third party" and "zero cloud" claims that
only hold when self-hosted, and note proxy-cmd has shipped.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
In the 626-agent study posts, fix only technical errors: there is no
tag search or ranking, no task or reputation records, no published
dataset, and the trust graph is not public. Study figures and adoption
claims are left for the owner. Update four blogPosts.json entries that
repeated false claims (one binary, zero third-party dependencies, a
built-in dashboard, SDK v0.1.1) and retag the private-network guide.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The rotator box was sized once (and on window resize), so a late webfont or
a vw-based font size could leave the phrase clipped on phones. A
ResizeObserver on the word refits it.

…tch fails

The online-daemons fallback was ~430, the data-agent count, and the

…ing posts

- contributing-codebase-tour: multi-repo map (common, rendezvous, beacon, plugins),
real testenv API, coreapi.Service plugin walkthrough, layering instead of invented
linter gotchas, no 'no external dependencies' or stale good-first issues
- cosift: framed as an App Store app (io.pilot.cosift); 15M and 400B figures removed,
  about 430 data service agents
- cross-company: no network join 1, valid tags, send-message/inbox, dataexchange client
  in Go, no tag discovery
- decentralized-communication-protocols: registry + trust-gated admission, no DHT or
  Sybil-resistance claim, full SDK list
- direct-communication-protocols: appstore catalogue, apps by their publishers, Pilot
  Cloud name, no nameserver/capability claims
- distributed-monitoring: exact topics or '*', broker on a hub peer, --json subscribe
for alert pipes, no dashboard/OFFLINE status, no ~10 MB or setup-time numbers

The network controls are in the open-source registry; on the public
registry only its operators create networks. States that Pilot has no
SOC 2 report or other certification, and drops 'zero external
dependencies'. Rebuilt with tectonic from scripts/wire-spec.tex.

- blogPosts.json: drop reputation, tag search, 25-75%, 88%, 'one binary' and stale
contributing-tour claims from seven listing descriptions
- ai-networking-challenges: remove unsourced NAT percentages
- distributed-monitoring: description matches the hub pattern
- direct-communication-protocols: escape placeholder tags in a code comment

Rename /blog/hipaa-compliant-agent-communication to
/blog/agent-communication-for-healthcare-data (301 kept in _redirects,
banner files and the three inbound links renamed with it).

In the post:
- Say up front that Vulture Labs offers no BAA, and what the public
backbone's registry and beacon see unless you run your own.
- Drop the FIPS claims, "zero external dependencies", "auditors
specifically look for" and the two unattributed quotes.
- Handshake justification: describe what the code does. It is not
signed, is kept only while pending, is logged and sent in webhook
events, and is held by the registry on the relay path. Replace the
  BAA-number example and the made-up `pending --json` output.
- Revocation: describe what untrust actually does; correct the
interval to the 25 s tunnel keepalive and 60 s registry heartbeat.
- Audit section: daemon log (~/.pilot/pilot.log, --log-format json),
best-effort webhook delivery, and the registry audit log/export,
which needs the admin token of a registry you run. Remove the
  invented log lines.
- Remove every `network join 1` step; the examples point daemons at
a self-hosted registry and beacon instead.
- FAQ questions no longer call agents or networks "HIPAA-compliant".
