🟠 High browser/ElectronBrowserHost.tsx:51

After a server restart, this subscriber drops every opened event for a previously used thread, so its new agent tabs are not seeded into the desktop browser profile and fall back to the server's unsigned-in browser. The thread's keep-alive state still has the old serverEpoch, so applyPreviewServerEvent rejects the event with the new epoch; reconcile the thread list on epoch changes, as usePreviewSession does.

Make the epoch transition session-aware before seeding opened events.

serverTabOpeningsAtom sends a background opened event to applyPreviewServerEvent, but that function drops the event when the thread still has the previous serverEpoch. The asynchronous list refresh can miss the 10-second desktop attach window, so the tab can open in the server browser profile instead of the desktop profile.

Do not accept every mismatched epoch. Preview uses the untagged subscribe path, and the RPC implementation states that session switching can buffer values across switchMap. A delayed event from the old session could therefore overwrite the new epoch if the guard is removed. Propagate the RPC session identity with each event, atomically accept an epoch transition only for the active session, and continue rejecting events from stale sessions.

Review comment at @apps/web/src/browser/ElectronBrowserHost.tsx at line 51:
Update the serverTabOpeningsAtom event flow and applyPreviewServerEvent to carry
the RPC session identity, then atomically accept a serverEpoch transition only
when that identity matches the active session. Continue rejecting events from
stale sessions so buffered events cannot overwrite the current epoch.
