Don't let stale thread metadata set the base for a detached checkout.

A detached checkout loads with refName: null. The sheet's ?? chain then falls through to selectedThread?.branch. When that thread branch is set, the untouched base field shows the stale branch. The "Detached HEAD" ? "main" default applies only when the thread branch is also empty. Distinguish a loaded status with a null refName from a status that has not loaded yet. Only the second case should fall back to thread metadata.

Review comment at @apps/mobile/src/features/threads/git/GitBranchesSheet.tsx at
line 55:
Update the currentBranchLabel fallback chain so a loaded Git status with null
refName does not fall through to selectedThread?.branch; use thread metadata
only while status is still unloaded, and preserve the “main” default for a
loaded detached checkout.
