Long-press Paste is omitted when the input field is not first responder.

The menu gates presentation on canPaste, but the Paste item depends on suggestedActions. Those actions come from the first responder, which is inputField, not the view. When inputField is not first responder, suggestedActions may contain no Paste command. editMenuInteraction then returns nil, and the long press shows nothing even though canPaste is true.

This occurs when autoFocus is false. The field resigns and is not refocused by a long press. It may also occur after "Select Text" resigns the field, if nothing refocuses it on dismissal.

Suggested fix: keep the system Paste when UIKit supplies it. Add a fallback only when it is absent.

Suggested fix
     var children: [UIMenuElement] = Self.pasteCommand(in: suggestedActions).map { [$0] } ?? []
+    if children.isEmpty, canPaste {
+      children.append(
+        UIAction(title: "Paste", image: UIImage(systemName: "doc.on.clipboard")) { [weak self] _ in
+          self?.emitPaste()
+        })
+    }

The fallback can trigger the iOS paste prompt. The system Paste avoids that prompt, so the fallback should run only when the system command is absent.

Review comment at @apps/mobile/modules/t3-terminal/ios/T3TerminalView.swift
around lines 513 - 528:
Update editMenuInteraction to keep the system Paste command from
Self.pasteCommand when available, and add a Paste fallback only when it is
absent and canPaste is true. Route the fallback through the existing paste
handling so the long-press menu remains usable when inputField is not first
responder.
