fix(web): Favorites and search rows stay one line like provider tabs - #25914
The Favorites tab still used the old model picker design: every row carried a second line with the provider icon and name, so it was taller than the one-line rows in provider tabs. Search results, which also mix providers, had the same problem.
Favorites and search rows now put the provider's icon inline before the model name and stay on one line, so the provider is still clear without the extra line. Sub-provider models (e.g. OpenCode's) keep their second label line, and two instances of one provider keep the initials badge so favorites stay distinguishable. The popup height estimate counts these rows as one line, so switching tabs doesn't resize it.
Web only: mobile has its own picker and desktop wraps the web app.
Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a small, focused web UI fix that keeps search and Favorites model rows compact while preserving provider and sub-provider identification. It changes only existing picker rendering and height calculations, with no schema, infrastructure, security, billing, or static-analysis impact.

Walkthrough
Model picker rows show compact provider icons beside model names in search and Favorites. Instance badges appear when the row and provider instance meet the badge rules. Favorite rows count as two lines only when they have a sub-provider.
ModelListRow replaces showProvider with inlineProviderIcon and adds showInstanceBadge. Inline mode places a compact provider icon beside the model name. A sub-provider row appears only when subProvider exists; inline mode omits its icon and indents its label.
Search and Favorites enable inline provider icons. The picker enables instance badges only when an instance entry exists and shouldShowInstanceBadge returns true. Favorite rows count as two lines only when they have a sub-provider.
pingdotgg/t3code#25778: Both PRs change provider-mixing and row-height rules in the model picker.
pingdotgg/t3code#25739: Both PRs change provider-icon and model-name presentation in ModelListRow.
pingdotgg/t3code#24833: This PR uses the shouldShowInstanceBadge rule and compact provider icon behavior.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #25867 requires Favorites rows to match the compact provider-tab layout. ModelPickerContent enables inlineProviderIcon for Favorites. ModelListRow places the provider icon before the model name and omits the separate provider line for normal models. Rows with subProvider retain the second line. shouldShowInstanceBadge preserves instance badges for duplicate provider instances. The height estimate counts only sub-provider Favorites rows as two-line rows. Issue #25867 does not specify an automated-test requirement.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changes stay within the model-picker layout scope. Search rows use the same inline-provider behavior because they mix providers. The instance badge, screen-reader provider name, and height estimate support the row-layout change. The reviewed diff changes only shared web picker components and does not add unrelated product, configuration, or mobile changes.
