fix(bundle): pass Ghostty version to appimagetool - #175

Export VERSION from the resolved Ghostty version so appimagetool writes the actual X-AppImage-Version instead of UNKNOWN or an unrelated inherited value. Keep output filenames and update channels unchanged.

I think this needs pkgforge-dev/appimagetool#44 first. The two together should make version detection work 😉
