Add first-party n8n, Make, Zapier and Pipedream integrations - #1
Add first-party n8n, Make, Zapier and Pipedream adapter candidates from one public API and SDK contract pin. The common core covers text/replies, templates, media, reactions, Number/template lookup, allowlisted API calls and owned webhook triggers. Functions and message-operation reads remain gated on their public contracts.
The SDK pin, contract fragments, generated files and native adapters are checked together. CI detects SDK source changes for the next feature cycle. No workflow engine or embedded third-party app catalog is introduced.
Marketplace OAuth scope
The owner now requires OAuth connections without customer-entered device codes. The existing API-key adapters remain earlier source candidates; they are not the accepted marketplace login experience. OAuth provider/claim support, regional authorization, consent UI, refresh and a webhook verifier independent of rotating access tokens must be qualified before native release.
This update pins the authoring client to @makehq/sdk 1.9.0 and adds npm run make:access, a read-only app-definition access check. It uses only sdk-apps:read, takes credentials from the secure environment, performs no writes and does not test runtime connections. Private upload remains pending the OAuth contract and actual Make access. No OAuth runtime is implemented by this tooling change.
Review corrections and validation
Webhook verifier material is separate from idempotency identities, and Make redacts both request and response idempotency metadata. Each trigger now saves a webhook creation key across uncertain retries; after confirmed deletion, the operator supplies a new creation key. Returned registration receipts must match live owned inventory. This is an explicit saved configuration requirement, not automatic provider state persistence.
The repairs also cover Make error recovery and owned detach, n8n per-item error continuation, recipe input validation, bidirectional SDK drift, large media validation, native empty reactions, Zapier header/throttling behavior and the optional public QuickLink reference. The n8n release workflow requires the main ref and immutable source identities; trusted publication still requires an independently protected release environment.
The actual generator ran successfully for the pushed repairs. Whitespace checks and equality between source, staged and committed bytes passed.
Regression cases were added for these findings, including real installed Zapier throttling middleware and retained creation receipts. Local test/build suites for the repairs are UNRUN under the human's November 5 waiver.
Current-head hosted CI passed: the contract/generation checks, n8n build/lint, Zapier validation, SDK checks and all 97 behavioral tests on both configured Node versions. Both runs had zero failures, skips or todos. Actual CI job. Current-head code/security reviews are still running. Earlier 75-test results are historical.
No live Make request, native editor validation, provider execution or publication ran.
Release state and limits
Development source only. No app registration, provider submission, npm publication, marketplace listing, real message send or deployed API acceptance is claimed. The release receipt deliberately leaves those fields unset, and the manual npm publication workflow refuses missing receipts.
Real editor/API recipes, authenticated publisher accounts, native secret-redaction/rotation tests and provider review remain required. Make also requires custom IML function enablement and actual interpreter/private-webhook-state qualification. Its hook preflight fails closed above one inventory page; large-project pagination remains a release gate. Provider acceptance of Zapier's synthetic sample path is pending.
Two inactive n8n recipe imports are prepared. Other provider template IDs and Function-based recipes remain gated. External execution does not inherit Polymorfa EU/Brazil residency.
Provenance
Owner/writer: Codex, T3, OpenAI, gpt-6.1-sol, xhigh, branch feat/automation-integrations. No subagents. The human’s November 5 workflow now authorizes required exhaustive Codex/security and CodeRabbit review before owner merge. Maintenance PR 926 keeps these adapters in the API/SDK feature cycle and retains the full impact assessment. Company reviewers can read the partial manual checkpoint, evidence commit d1efb767ecc4195590e5d1fcbf4fe8a1cc7ded0a, in the private product repository. Its capture gaps are explicit.
Marked ready under the human’s November 5 policy. Extra local validation is waived; the human will test open work later. Existing source and release limits remain. The owning writer will address review findings and merge only after passing required hosted checks, cleared CodeRabbit findings (its rate-limit skip is allowed), clean exhaustive current-head Codex/security reviews and no conflicts. The human explicitly excludes disabled Blacksmith Proof and retired Mintlify from blockers; no other required-job skip or failure is waived. No marketplace upload, app publication or live provider execution is authorized by source merge.

Set persist-credentials: false on the publish checkout.
This job has id-token: write. It runs npm run check and the n8n build, which execute dependency and repository code. By default, actions/checkout leaves the GITHUB_TOKEN in .git/config for those steps. The full-history fetch happens during checkout, so the later git diff in release-gate.mjs still works without the persisted token.

token.
Review comments at @shared/core.cjs:

preserving duplicate protection within that call.
- Line 22: Compare callback URLs by parsed URL form rather than raw strings so
equivalent normalized URLs match and invalid URLs do not. Update owns and the

Review comments at @zapier/index.js:

The prior code/security findings and all 15 actionable CodeRabbit findings have source corrections in 9dae5e3 and 9915045; do not transfer old-head results. The saved webhook creation generation is an explicit operator-managed trigger field, retained for uncertain retries and changed only after confirmed deletion, with live inventory verification of receipts. Inspect the release ref/immutable receipt boundary, secret redaction, provider-native input/transport behavior and regression failure cases. The outside-diff checkout credential nitpick is fixed; docstring coverage is an advisory, not waived code findings. Local extra suites are UNRUN under the human's November 5 waiver, so hosted CI remains required. API-key development source still does not establish marketplace OAuth, native acceptance or publication.

Use os.tmpdir() for the fixture directory.
The test writes fixtures to ~/.polymorfa-agent-work/integration-sdk-drift-tests. This path is specific to one tool environment. It creates a persistent directory in the home folder of every developer who runs npm test. t.after removes only the fixture-* subdirectory, so the parent directory remains. A read-only or unusual home directory can also fail the test.
Use mkdtempSync under tmpdir(). The existing cleanup then removes the whole fixture.

…e runs
The release gate now refuses any change after review except release receipts,
so tests, .npmrc and .nvmrc are covered. Checks move to a verify job without an
OIDC token that runs the gate first. The publish job repeats the check with git
and jq before Node setup or any repository script.
The create idempotency key came from a user-typed creation key, so deactivating
and reactivating a trigger replayed the receipt for the deleted webhook and the
activation failed. Each activation now gets a random nonce from the adapter,
saved in provider-private state before the create: n8n node static data and
Pipedream $.service.db. Zapier and Make have no state that persists before
performSubscribe or attach returns, so the nonce lives for that call. A retry of
the same uncertain activation reuses the nonce, so it cannot create a second
webhook. Find-before-create and the post-create live check stay. A replayed
receipt for a deleted webhook now fails with subscription_receipt_deleted and
clears the nonce, so the next activation registers a new webhook.
The Webhook Creation Key field is removed from all four platforms.
Attach threw on any unrelated project webhook whose URL had userinfo, a fragment
or a non-https scheme. Hook matching now treats an unparseable URL as no match,
as shared sameCallback does, and a test runs shared find and the Make function
over the same inventories. Detach now reads the recorded webhook with the
single-webhook GET and treats 404 as already deleted, so cleanup works in
projects with more than 100 webhooks. A new test runs the attach and detach
steps through repeated off/on cycles.
Zapier's bundle documentation says bundle.rawRequest headers, other than
Content-Type and Content-Length, arrive in Camel-Case with an Http- prefix
(X-Time-GMT becomes Http-X-Time-Gmt). The receiver read the plain marker name
from cleanedRequest, so it could reject every real delivery. It now reads
rawRequest headers and its raw JSON body, accepts the marker under either name
exactly once, and falls back to cleanedRequest when rawRequest is absent.
The trigger had an empty subscription key, so activation failed after import.
It now derives the key from the workflow ID, so each imported copy has its own.
A recipe test checks the trigger parameters against the node description and
activates the trigger.
A 5xx on a write with a JSON error code, for example internal_error, lost the
reconcile guidance, so a user might retry with a new key and send twice. Writes
that end in a server error, and idempotency_in_progress, now always say to
reconcile and keep the key and start time. Make modules pass the request method
to their error handler for the same result.
n8n Continue On Fail items now carry code, status, requestId and retryAfter
from the sanitized error, so workflows can branch on recovery codes.
