Docs-only follow-through for #112 (fixed in #117): the design record now carries the erasure exception to the lease/lock/global lifetime equivalence and the three-gates-on-one-oracle rule (no path may touch a namespace whose index row is absent), with the devstore rows named. Automerge is armed.
