Add funcionality to work with `alias_service` in checks

Since this is provided by hashicorp in consul: [consul_link](https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/docs/services/usage/checks#alias-checks-configuration), and done in Go library: [consul_lib](https://github.com/hashicorp/consul/blob/main/agent/checks/alias.go), I need this functionality in your lib. If this functionality is there and I am just being blunt, help me with an example plz
