review.findingPresentationwith batched review comments as the default and GitHub check annotations as the alternative, ensuring findings appear on only one detailed surface. Incomplete reviews now failpostil/reviewinstead of looking skipped, whilepostil/gatecontinues to follow repository policy; the publication and failure paths are covered end to end.
