* Add missing index on OrderPosition.server_id * Add indexes for all server_id or foreign key columns * Drop harmful index and add a new one * Fix table name
The old logic didn't really match the serverside algorithm in that the parent product was not checked against the item filter, which doesn't make much sense.
* Shown Answers should behave more like the online checkin data * Fix order of shown answers based on defined questions order * Ignore questionsInvalidInput test, the tested validation already happens in the dialog, no longer in the checkin step
