Add an Opper preset to the LLM client - #808

Opper's chat endpoint is OpenAI-compatible. Selecting opper uses https://api.opper.ai/v3/compat, and the client calls <base>/chat/completions. It is a hosted preset, so LLM_API_KEY is required. Tests mirror the existing hosted preset cases. Disclosure: Opper is my startup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes #809
Opper is an EU-hosted AI gateway with an OpenAI-compatible chat endpoint: 700+ models from 50+ providers behind one key. Selecting
opperuses https://api.opper.ai/v3/compat and still requires LLM_API_KEY. The client calls<base>/chat/completions, which is Opper's chat completions endpoint. The tests extend the existing preset and hosted key cases. I did not run them locally.
Model ids are bare names such as
claude-sonnet-4-6orgpt-5.4-mini, listed in the public catalog at https://api.opper.ai/v3/models. Keys: https://platform.opper.aiOnce this is in, a small nuclei PR can list
