Pin core to master d36f7ec3 and forward ParseRAMInHuman to the implementation that moved beside RawParams in core#695 — the local body was a drifted copy from the repo split. Behavior compared branch by branch before the swap: identical on plain numbers, human strings, signs, and junk.

Behavior compared branch by branch before the swap (plain numbers, human strings, signs, junk): identical; core's adds only a strconv fast path. No call-site churn — the six flag-parsing sites keep their name.
