For Python 3.10 or 3.11, this marker selects XGBoost 3.4 even though that release requires Python 3.12+, so installing the xgboost, all, or all-ci extra becomes unsatisfiable; in particular, the Python 3.10 CI lane runs uv sync --extra all-ci. Preserve the 3.2 constraint for python_version < '3.12' in all three extras rather than applying the 3.4 upgrade to unsupported interpreters.
