Rename preview-neurotech-ea88a298 -> neurotech-frontier-human-flourishing and remove unlisted, so it appears in the carousel, insights, /blog, sitemap, RSS and search. Content is PR protocol#100's latest (loop graphic + informational disclaimer). Stacked on the unlisted-previews branch.

The refreshed article is now in #149 on a branch in the canonical repository. This fork-backed PR hit Vercel's deployment-authorization gate; #149 avoids that fork authorization step.
The requested behavior is now an unlisted preview on the production plrd.org domain, not public publication in the site's listings. #149 replaces the existing article draft with the latest clean Google Doc text, uses a long random path, and preserves
unlisted: true/noindex.This PR remains unmerged. Use #149 for review and deployment; do not merge the older publication PR #100 for this task either.
