Fix live Neuro preview: restore bullets and update wording (no publication)

Preview-only correction — merge this before #150

Fixes the existing production preview at:
https://www.plrd.org/blog/preview-neurotech-4972678300d0a37a2a1e0b9d1b40e852/

• Restores the three introductory opportunity-space bullets.
• Changes “how invasively they interact with neural tissue” to “how directly they interact with neural tissue.”
• Regenerates the checked-in article HTML and adds two content regressions to npm test.

Does not publish the article: preserves the exact preview slug, unlisted: true, preview banner and noindex; no RSS, search, sitemap, listing, redirect, or publication changes. #150 stays separate and will be refreshed after this merges.

Verification

• Reproduced both old behaviors in production HTML (HTTP 200).
• Both new regression tests observed failing before their respective fixes, then passing. npm test: 10 passed.
• npx tsc --noEmit and git diff --check: passed.
• Actual local article route checked in Chrome on desktop and 390px mobile: all three list items have visible disc markers; corrected wording is served; no horizontal overflow; robots remain noindex, nofollow.
• Fresh-skeptical exact-diff review: only the two requested corrections; all other article copy, metadata, slug, unlisted status, and other posts unchanged.
• Local production compilation succeeded, but static generation stopped with container spawn EAGAIN; Vercel build check is the production-build gate.

Hosted build verification

Vercel production build passed for aefc24405275ce9bc6906919817a160adc38b4f4. The exact preview route on the branch deployment returned HTTP 200 with corrected bullets and wording, preview banner, and noindex preserved:
