Migrates
transformersfrom Bower/Pulp to Spago and updates CI. The registry deprecated support for Bower-based packages in September 2023, and as of September 1, 2026 it no longer promises any long-term support. To accommodate the change, this upgrades us to the officially-supportedspagopackage manager.I also updated CI and our format/linting. Each change is in separate commits.
This will be released as version
6.1.1because the public API and runtime behavior are preserved, and the production dependency bounds match what is already in the registry for6.1.0. In addition to formatting, this includes behavior-preserving source style changes and corrections to comonad documentation examples. The default branch has no additional unreleased changes relative to that release. The test configuration now explicitly declares the existingpartialimport.
