Summary
Docs and the consumer skill now hold only what readers must do or must not break. Workflows, release config, and
describeown the rest.README.mddocs/architecture.mddocs/distribution.mdCONTRIBUTING.mdAGENTS.mdskills/putio-cli/SKILL.mdskills/putio-cli/references/*.mddocs/distribution.mdis gone. The partial-release recovery and backfill rules moved toAGENTS.mdDelivery. The provider settings outside the repo moved toCONTRIBUTING.mdRelease Setup. Each line links the workflow or config it concerns.auth approve,start-from, andhls-manifest.Effect.run*may run. CONTRIBUTING no longer points at a missingpatches/folder.reads.mdpoints atcapabilities.streamingindescribeinstead of a hand-kept command list.Verification
