• CONTRIBUTING.md now says to keep effect and every @effect/* package on one exact version; the shared Renovate effect group from putdotio/.github#47 moves them together.
• No source changes; the @putdotio/sdk>effect override keeps the bundled SDK on the same runtime.
• deps: commit, so merging cuts no release.

Verification

• CI runs the full gate, including the packed-install single-runtime check.
