Update the React example from the current Copier template (
d5da73e). Refresh the grouped Dependabot configuration, CI runner and action pins, package dependencies and lockfile, and starter page styles.This refreshes the existing Copier PR that prevented the update app from opening a newer update.
Local lint, type checks, production build, 1 unit test, and 1 CI browser test passed. Visual snapshot tests were excluded by the existing CI configuration.
