Adaptation of
bellard/quickjs@56c47f7 "fixed exception handling in AsyncFromSyncIterator and async for of".
Disclosure: the merge was completed with LLM assistance. The differences are pretty minor. The "throw is not a method" case was already handled in quickjs-ng.
