Add @everframe/react-native

📝 Why & how

Adds @everframe/react-native, the React Native SDK for Everframe, an in-app bug reporter. Users open the reporter (button, shake or hotkey), annotate a screenshot and send. Each report carries console logs, network requests, breadcrumbs, device/app metadata and an optional replay of the moments before the bug. Sensitive views are masked on device before anything is sent.

• Package: @everframe/react-native (MIT), lives in a monorepo at packages/sdk-react-native, so npmPkg is set.
• Platforms: iOS and Android via the native reporter. tvOS (and Android TV) when the host app is built with react-native-tvos. React Native Web via the @everframe/react-native/web entry.
• New Architecture: TurboModule bridge, Hermes.

The entry is appended at the end of the file and follows the template field order, with false values omitted.
