StatusBar does nothing on iOS 27

Description

On iOS 27, StatusBar.setBarStyle and setHidden have no effect. RCTStatusBarManager calls -[UIApplication setStatusBarStyle:animated:], which iOS 27 made a no-op. UIKit logs:

-[UIApplication setStatusBarStyle:animated:] API has been deprecated and is a no-op on 27.0 and later.

Same build works on iOS 18.5. Switching to UIViewControllerBasedStatusBarAppearance = YES doesn't help, since the module refuses to work with it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Build with Xcode 27 and run on an iOS 27 simulator
2. Call StatusBar.setBarStyle('light-content') on a light screen
3. Icons stay dark
