Refreshes the stale Dependabot updates after the upstream sync.\n\n- Updates diff from 5.1.0 to 5.2.2\n- Updates lodash from 4.17.21 to 4.18.1\n- Keeps package.json unchanged; both remain transitive dependencies\n- Full yarn ci-check passes\n\nSupersedes #470 and #471. Next.js 16 is intentionally excluded because it requires a separate framework migration.
