Supersedes #468 by porting the complete tutorial translation onto the current site while preserving the original contributor's authorship. Closes #337.
The port retains the polished introduction from #499 and fixes structural problems in the original draft, including malformed heading IDs, broken Markdown lists, outdated React DevTools content, a duplicated exercise, and an untranslated closing paragraph. All executable tutorial code remains identical to current
