Shrink the page gutter on small screens (px-4 / sm:px-6 / lg:px-12), let the page header title row wrap so actions drop below the title, allow long page titles to wrap below md, and wrap the footer version line on phones instead of overflowing the viewport. Stack the overview stats in a 2-column grid below md, let the topic tab bar scroll horizontally, wrap the message search toolbar, and pin the expanded message panel to the visible width so it no longer stretches with the horizontally scrolling messages table.
