Adversarial review of the pristine ce9b8a1 archive: checked the CLI help, SDK docstring, user example, branch-rename guidance, and public disclosure. The docs match the host behavior, contain no private repository references, and the full local unit and microbenchmark suite passed (4588 passed, 5 skipped). No open findings. |

Clarifies which ingest refs update repository findings, how connected repositories learn their default branch, and how to restate a renamed branch. Updates CLI help and SDK documentation.
