Summary

Publish the approved physical open-book animation under the primary media filenames.

• Replace the chapter GIF with a shareable 640 × 640, 68.8-second version under 5 MB: six-second cover hold, smooth opening, then faster chapter turns.
• Add the approved silent native-4K, 25-fps, 146.2-second presentation video, unchanged by GIF optimization.
• Include the exact dedication, Kendal Van Dyke's technical-reviewer credit, verified quote contributors, and on-paper book URL footers.
• Use official Microsoft Azure SQL icon assets labeled Azure SQL Hyperscale; update the Chapter 9 PITR message and Chapter 11 ecosystem talking points.
• Keep only the high-resolution front-cover PNG; update the generator to load it directly and remove the cover PDF and obsolete short promo GIF. The full manuscript is not included.
• Update generator defaults, reproducible PowerShell video tooling, media links, and icon attribution.

Validation

• Regenerated and fully decoded all 270 GIF frames; 68.80 seconds and 4,816,198 bytes, below the 5,000,000-byte limit.
• Fully decode-validated the approved 3840 × 2160 H.264 video; verified its bytes remain unchanged during GIF optimization and PNG-only migration.
• Verified native-4K rendering from the PNG cover and unchanged video-export frame counts/timings.
• Checked page-footer bounds, chapter labels, opening pace, manuscript exclusion, and live book/code URLs.
• git diff --check passed.
