Compiles the zope.index.text.okascore C extension (the Okapi BM25 scoring loop). Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

• Built with cibuildwheel instead of .manylinux.sh - same shape as the other zope.* ports here.
• BTrees, persistent and zope.interface come from pypi.riseproject.dev - no riscv64 wheels on PyPI.

• same as upstream (zope.testrunner with PURE_PYTHON=0, then PURE_PYTHON=1)

License: OK

Built on x86_64 cp312 and cp314t; 726 passed, 3 skipped (C) and 726 passed, 43 skipped (pure).

The failed check_commit_messages run (job 115909494539) is the known pull_request "opened" webhook stale-body-snapshot case, same as #3221-#3227/#3229: it evaluated the PR body before create_pull_request's auto-injected "Generated by Claude Code" footer was stripped via update_pull_request. The edited-triggered re-run already passed cleanly (all three checks green). No fix needed — riscv64 builds now queued.
