Build the PyO3/maturin MOC extension per interpreter (cp312-cp314) with cibuildwheel from the v0.20.0 tag, mirroring upstream's deploy.yml Linux jobs and the pytest run of test.yml (.[dev,plots] test deps, minus lint/coverage tooling). No cp314t (upstream ships none) and no musllinux (numpy has no musllinux riscv64 wheel). The suite runs from the installed wheel with resources/ staged as the working directory; test_read_fits_file is deselected because it locates resources/ through the source-checkout layout. Verified locally on x86_64 against the built wheel: 235 passed, 1 deselected.
