Removes the Workflows → Actors and Dynamic Apps → agentOS snippet overrides. Each product now resolves examples from the same bundle as its docs, and docs sync rejects missing or escaping CodeSnippet targets before opening a website PR.
Also updates the Dynamic Apps overview to embed its own current examples and removes two links to a deleted background-work page.
