Rewrite memory-bank/jsBuild.md for the new toolchain: esbuild + tsc, tsconfig choices (TypeScript 6.0, strict off, untyped cytoscape), the eslint flat config, the commit hook, and how to compare old and new bundles in a browser. Update srcjs/*.js paths to srcts/*.ts across the memory bank and AGENTS.md, and swap the Flow/Babel/webpack README badges for TypeScript and esbuild.

check-shiny-targetscript and its weekly workflow (injsBuild.md,ciAndRelease.md, andAGENTS.md), and the prev/next click handler fix that stops jQuery's event from reaching the layout options.srcjs/*.jspaths becomesrcts/*.tsacross the memory bank andAGENTS.md. The README's Flow, Babel, and webpack badges are replaced with TypeScript and esbuild badges.
