docs(devbox): point users to pty after the ssh removal - #251

The ssh, scp, rsync and tunnel commands were removed in #250. That change was squash-merged as a refactor without the breaking-change footer, so release-please did not cut a release. This records the breaking change so the next release is a major version. BREAKING CHANGE: rli devbox ssh, scp, rsync and tunnel were removed in #250; use rli devbox pty for an interactive shell and read, write, upload and download for file transfer. Release-As: 2.0.0

Follow-up to #250. That PR was squash-merged as a
refactorcommit built from the PR body, which release-please treats as non-user-facing and which dropped theBREAKING CHANGEfooter, so the release workflow logged "No user facing commits found" and nothing was published.This commit carries the breaking-change note and a
Release-As: 2.0.0footer so release-please opens the 2.0.0 release PR on merge; merging that release PR publishes to npm. The README change points users atrli devbox ptynow that SSH is gone.@tode-rl this is the republish you'll want to know about.
