New codebase for the Small Basic website (www.smallbasic.com)

Running the code

1. Make sure you have npm installed: https://www.npmjs.com/get-npm
2. Open a command prompt in the SmallBasicWebsite directory
3. Run these commands:

• npm install
• npm run ng serve

The website is now running at localhost:4200
