Follow-up to the Claude code review migration to Anthropic native authentication.
Changes
ACTIONS_APP_PRIVATE_KEYto the review job. It records the cost of each review in scality/cost-center-review and loads the plugin marketplace; without it both steps are skipped with a warning.GCP_WORKLOAD_IDENTITY_PROVIDER,GCP_SERVICE_ACCOUNT,ANTHROPIC_VERTEX_PROJECT_IDandCLOUD_ML_REGION. They are deprecated and unused since the migration.
