Adds wiki/ with GitHub-wiki pages (Home, _Sidebar, _Footer and 21 pages): getting started and concepts; the extension model, a tested quickstart, the manifest, the full ctx API reference and types, views and the view protocol, @devlog/ui, timesheet destinations, activity and time data, the sandbox and permissions, the test harness, the built-ins, API versions and troubleshooting; and architecture, storage format, the core library, the extension host protocol and development for contributors. A Wiki workflow copies wiki/ into the repository's wiki whenever it changes on main (or when run by hand), using the workflow's own token, so the pages stay reviewed in pull requests and the wiki cannot drift from them.
