I think it is good that such a huge list of SFZ instruments exists. But my suggestion is to add some links to SFZ players as well; I can't make any suggestion because I have yet to find a piece of software that can actually load an SFZ file and produce sound.
So far I have tried these, which I would not recommend:
- sfz197: Doesn't do anything
- DirectWave in FL Studio: Claims to support SFZ files, but does not load them
- Sforzando: Does not load, errors out with a message about Direct2D
- Beat Zampler: Claims to load SFZ, but stays silent
