Update the managed celld runtime from 0.4.1 to 0.5.0 with verified archive and executable checksums for all supported platforms. Migrate launch paths to the required worker_loaders configuration and add native scheduling coverage to CI.
Generated celld configurations omit the unsupported script CPU and subrequest limits. Cloudflare keeps its existing limits. Document the runtime difference and the requirement to stop the whole fleet when upgrading from 0.4.1.
Validated typechecks, Cloudflare scripts, native scheduling and packaging, OAuth/browser flows, and SQL/KV/R2 persistence across restart.
