• Add 40 Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close actions, 11 dependency-aware selectors, seven workflow templates, and documentation.
• Reuse the EPM foundation's service-account authentication, declared routes, endpoint policies, validated links, polling, and bounded file primitives. Reuse the existing Oracle oval icon.

Testing

• All 202 FCCS-focused tests across nine suites passed in CI, including the 40-operation wire contract matrix, block mapping, selectors, jobs, real foundation file primitives, and review regression cases.

API boundaries

• Covers applications/cubes, dimensions/members, consolidation/translation and rules, supported configured jobs, diagnostics, data/metadata transfers, consolidation journals, intercompany matching reports, configurable-consolidation transfers, and external repository files.
• Uploads and UserFile downloads are capped at 100 MiB. An Oracle export may complete even when Sim cannot materialize an oversized file.
• Journal Detail and unstable Application Summary are excluded. Configurable-consolidation transfers return documented text acknowledgments, not invented job IDs. Journal-period output supports both documented alternatives; inconsistent request examples follow Oracle's formal parameter tables.
• No Planning-specific workflows, Fusion Financials, Data Integration pipelines/mappings, Enterprise Journals, environment administration, LCM workflows, triggers, or migrations.

Implementation notes

• Service-account-only registration follows NetSuite/Agiloft. The deployment mapping generator intentionally covers OAuth-mode catalog entries only; no synthetic OAuth capability or generator change is introduced.
• The shared selector inventory test changes only four expected totals for the 11 new FCCS selectors. The credential-display inventory adds only the expected Oracle service-account row, following NetSuite; no shared behavior changes.
• The generated copilot docs manifest includes the new page. Generated MDX retains the existing generator's whitespace format.
