New Media tool: record video from the webcam with sound, preview and download — 100% client-side (getUserMedia + MediaRecorder), nothing uploaded. Camera + microphone device pickers, resolution (480/720/1080p), mirror preview, optional 3-2-1 countdown, pause/resume, photo snapshot, then preview + download (WebM) or record again. Streams/recorder/timers and object URLs are released on every path. Pure, unit-tested video-recorder.lib (mime picker, duration format, resolution constraint). Happy-path E2E drives the real record→stop→ download flow with Chromium's fake media device. EN + ID SEO added. Effects (filters / background blur-replace / green-screen) are a planned Phase 2 via a canvas-composited pipeline.

A new Video Recorder (Media) — record video from your webcam with sound, like webcamera.io, but 100% client-side (getUserMedia + MediaRecorder), nothing uploaded.
Tests
video-recorder.lib(13 cases — mime picker, duration, resolution). Full suite 2248 green.e2e/tools/video-recorder.spec.ts: drives the real record→stop→download flow with Chromium's fake media device./tools/video-recorder/and/id/tools/video-recorder/build. Lint 0 errors.Effects (filters / background blur-replace / green-screen) are a planned Phase 2 via a canvas-composited pipeline (reusing the existing MediaPipe selfie-segmentation model).
