Fix errcheck, staticcheck (SA1019 deprecated ccipocr3/bind.Object), testifylint, prealloc, goimports, and ineffassign violations in integration-tests/smoke/ccip.
CreateJobDistributor call used the stale Uri field name; the struct field is URI, breaking typecheck for the core/scripts module. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Fix gocritic, perfsprint, prealloc, revive, staticcheck, and unconvert violations in integration-tests/... (actions, docker/test_env, testconfig, testsetups/ccip, types, utils).
Fix testifylint (go-require), unused, gocritic, prealloc, and staticcheck (SA1019 deprecated ccipocr3/AddressBook) violations in integration-tests/load/ccip.
