AGENTS.md was a mechanically substituted copy of CLAUDE.md
("Claude" -> "Codex", including inside file paths), so it documented
paths that do not exist. Nothing reads it. Stop tracking it and ignore it
in .gitignore, per #155.
Removing the file also resolves #104: the corrupted .Codex/ paths are
gone, and the CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md drift question no longer applies.
