docs(architecture): write chapter 7 as the distribution view (#2410) - #2411

- 7.1: a deployment diagram from upstream and a fork to a project, its developer's machine and its CI, with a node table. - 7.2: upstream or a fork as the source, and moving from one to the other. - 7.3: submodule, clone, copy or hooks only, each pinned to a tag. - 7.4: the team moves the pin; a fork may add an updater, bound by three rules from FR-08-04 and FR-09-03. - spec.md links the chapter instead of "Not applicable". Chapter 7 said "not applicable". It now shows how the rules reach a project and where they run, with a deployment diagram in ImBrain's style.
