Moves the plugin from solid rc.16 to rc.19.

Changes

• package.json: the plugin now uses ^2.0.0-rc.19 for @solidjs/compiler and @solidjs/babel-plugin (deps), solid-js and @solidjs/web (dev and peer), and @solidjs/diagnostics 2.0.0-rc.19 (dev).
• pnpm-workspace.yaml: the catalog moves to rc.19. rc.17, rc.18 and rc.19 are added to the minimumReleaseAgeExclude lists for the Solid packages, because rc.19 was published today.
• Lockfile regenerated, plus a patch changeset.

No source changes were needed. With compiler rc.19, which includes solidjs/solid#4320, the server-functions-in-front-end-modules test from #471 now runs instead of skipping, and it passes.

Testing

• pnpm build, pnpm test:unit (53 passed, none skipped), tsc --noEmit.
• Example suites on rc.19, run locally since PR CI doesn't run them: ssr, css-matrix, start-client and start-env pass. start-ssr run.mjs passes 776/776, and http-bridge, components-warning, webworker-warning, dedupe, style-patch and ssr-inline pass.
