Combines Renovate PRs #519 (svelte2tsx ^0.7.62) and #520 (svelte ^5.57.3).
Svelte snapshot outputs are regenerated; the only change is the svelte package version in external symbols (5.56.10 → 5.57.3).
Verified: frozen install, build, and all 43 tests pass on Node 24.22.2.
