- Add CHANGELOG.md following Keep a Changelog format
- Add Windows x86_64 build to release workflow
- Add automatic publish step after all builds complete
- Change tag naming to rel/nifi-migrate-X.Y.Z convention
- Add comprehensive release instructions to README
- Add release checklist for maintainers
