Sets the version to 5.0.0 for the release of what #56 and #57 merged (see CHANGELOG.md, v5.0.0). After merging, the
v5.0.0tag publishes it to npm and Docker Hub. This is the last TypeScript release; the Go rewrite (#58) follows as v6.0.0.
