…fter 20s v0.9.2 published fine via OIDC (provenance attached) but the run went red: the verify step looked 20s after upload and npm serves a new version ~2-3 min later. A successful release must not read as a failure.

v0.9.2 published through Trusted Publishing (GitHub Actions, SLSA provenance attached, fresh install verified) but the run was red: the last step checked the registry once, 20s after upload, and npm takes ~2-3 minutes to serve a new version.
This polls every 15s for up to 8 minutes. No version change, no package contents change — workflow only, so nothing is published by merging this.
